Mandy Moore, Matthew Sweet and Susanna Hoffs (grrrrr...me-OUCH) are headlining the 16th annual Gimme Shelter benefit concert at L.A.'s famous Roxy nightclub on December 11.
Pete Yorn, Phantom Planet, Jesca Hoop, Peter Himmelman and Donovan Frankenreiter are among the other scheduled performers.
All proceeds from the event will benefit Santa Monica's New Roads School and will support The Spectrum Program for autistic children.
